Log in to your CSe-Banking online account, then go to Settings > Profile > Address. Or, download and print the Change of Member Contact Information Form. The completed form may be submitted by mail or in person to any of our 7 locations.

For a Regular Share (savings), download and print the Membership Application. For a Share Draft (checking), download and print the Share Draft Application. Once the forms are completed in full, signed by all account owners and returned to CSE, the information on the new forms will replace the existing forms on file. If you had any beneficiaries previously and would like those individuals to remain on the accounts, their information must be included on the new forms. The completed forms may be submitted by mail or in person to any of our 7 locations.

For a Regular Share (savings), download and print the Membership Application. For a Share Draft (checking), download and print the Share Draft Application. You will notice there are sections for beneficiary designations. Once the forms are completed in full, signed and returned to the credit union, all information on the forms will replace the existing information on file. (If you have joint owner(s) on your accounts, they must complete their sections and sign the forms as well.) The completed forms may be submitted by mail or in person to any of our 7 locations.

For Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs), please contact the credit union to request the required forms.

The joint owner(s) and/or beneficiaries on a Regular Share (savings) are the designated joint owner(s) and/or beneficiaries on any Club Accounts under that membership.

Call or visit any of our 7 locations to request a Membership Application or Share Draft Application that includes additional joint owner and beneficiary designations on the back page. The primary owner must sign both the front and back of the Application.

Download and print the Name Change Request Form. The completed form may be submitted by mail or in person to any of our 7 locations. If sending by mail, your signature on the form must be notarized. You must also include a copy of your updated driver's license with your new name.

The daily cash withdrawal limit in our Hartford location is $2,000.00 The daily cash withdrawal limit in our branches is $1,000.00. To request a larger amount, you may call the location you intend to visit at least 2 business days in advance. The maximum daily cash withdrawal limit (across all CSE locations) is $10,000.00. There is no daily limit for teller check withdrawals.

Yes, we provide free notary services to our members at any of our 7 locations. Please note that we do not provide medallion signature guarantees. It is not necessary to schedule an appointment, but we do recommend calling the location you intend to visit to confirm a notary public will be available.

We do not offer coin counter machines; however, we do accept rolled coin for deposit. To request empty coin wrappers, you may visit any of our 7 locations. We accept a maximum deposit of 15 coin rolls per member per day.

We do not cash savings bonds and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. For more information on redeeming your paper savings bonds, you may visit the Treasury Direct website at https://www.treasurydirect.gov.

The maximum limit we may cash for non-members is $1,000.00. There is a $3.00 fee. You must present valid identification, e.g. a non-expired driver's license. If the personal check or teller check exceeds $1,000.00, then you must cash or deposit the check at your own bank or credit union.
