A2A Transfers allow you to easily transfer funds between your CSE Credit Union share draft account and your accounts at other financial institutions. You can set up a one-time transfer or set up a repeating transfer based on a schedule that you define.
Important Note: Effective November 15, 2024, A2A is no longer accessed through our online Bill Pay service. To access the newer A2A service available now, see below. (Scheduled or recurring A2A transfers on the previous A2A service through Bill Pay will not automatically move to the new A2A service. You will need to schedule new transfers using the new A2A method.)
How to Access A2A
CSe-Banking (online banking):
- Once logged in, click on Transfers.
- On the right side of the page, click on the External Account Transfer link listed under Services.
- Click the link to validate your email address. You will receive an email with a 6-digit validation code.
- Once your email address has been validated, select the Add a New Account link.
- Begin by selecting the account type. Enter your external bank's routing number and account number.
- You will be prompted to link your external account through instant verification (if available by your external bank) or through a trial deposit.
- Instant Verification: Enter your online banking logon credentials for your external bank. Once validated, you will be able to select the external account(s) you wish to link. If instant verification fails, you will be prompted to use the trial deposit option.
- Trial Deposit: You will receive two small test deposits and one small test withdrawal to your external account within 1-2 business days. Then, you will return to CSe-Banking to enter the test amounts and complete validation of your external account.
- Once your external bank account has been added, you may proceed to transfer funds to or from your CSE share draft account! Limits and fees may apply.
myCSE Mobile App:
- Click on the Transfer & Pay icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Click on Make an external transfer. (For the security of your accounts, you may be prompted to enter your online/mobile banking password.)
- Click Select account in the From or To field. Select the Add new account button to add an external account.
- Begin by selecting the account type. Enter your external bank's routing number and account number. Select Add.
- You will be prompted to link your external account through instant verification (if available by your external bank) or through a trial deposit.
- Instant Verification: Enter your online banking logon credentials for your external bank. Once validated, you will be able to select the external account(s) you wish to link. If instant verification fails, you will be prompted to use the trial deposit option.
- Trial Deposit: You will receive two small test deposits and one small test withdrawal to your external account within 1-2 business days. Then, you will return to the myCSE app to enter the test amounts and complete validation of your external account.

Important Facts
- Standard (3-Day) Inbound, Next-Day Inbound, and Standard (3-Day) Outbound transfers are free. Next-Day Outbound transfers are assessed a $2.00 fee.
- Your transfers move over completely secure electronic networks, making it the most secure way to transfer funds.
- You must have a CSE share draft account to be eligible to use A2A.
