eStatements

Secure. Convenient. Free.

Sign up within CSe-Banking to receive your statements electronically instead of by mail. eStatements contain all the same information as paper statements and are convenient and easy to access. Once you enroll, paper statements will stop and you will be notified every month by e-mail when your eStatement is ready to view online.

Questions & Answers

Click on the words 'eSign document' within the sentence "Please enter the code contained in this eSign document." This is a link to open a new window that contains a one-time confirmation code. If a new window does not open, check that your pop-up blockers are turned off.

No, you are unable to enroll in or access eStatements through our mobile app. You must log in to your CSe-Banking online profile through the regular website to view your eStatements. 

No, you can only choose to receive either mailed paper statements or eStatements.  You may request an additional printout of your statement by calling or visiting any of our offices.  The fee is $1 per statement print.

eStatements are available for the past 18 months at minimum. If you require copies of statements prior to this timeframe, you may call or visit any of our 7 locations.

No, VISA eStatements are not currently available online.

Tax documents, such as Form 1099-INT (Interest Income) and Form 1098 (Mortgage Interest), are not available online. These documents are mailed through the US Postal Service. To request an additional copy, you may call Member Services at 860-522-5388.

Yes, you are able to enroll in eStatements for the accounts in which you are joint owner. A drop-down shows you all accounts for which you are eligible to enroll in eStatements. Be advised that when you enroll in eStatement for another account, you are stopping the mailed statements for that Primary owner.

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0 or higher to enroll in and view your eStatements. To download a free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader, go to https://www.adobe.com.

To cancel eStatements, you may submit a written request to any of our 7 locations. Include the date, membership number, and your signature.

Or, you may send a message through CSe-Banking. Once logged in, you will select Messages in the top right corner of the page to access the Message Center. If you are logged in to online banking on a tablet or mobile device (not the myCSE app), click on the three horizontal lines in the top left corner to access Messages.
