Sign up within CSe-Banking to receive your statements electronically instead of by mail. eStatements contain all the same information as paper statements and are convenient and easy to access. Once you enroll, paper statements will stop and you will be notified every month by e-mail when your eStatement is ready to view online.

Questions & Answers

  • Can I receive both paper and eStatements?
    No, you can only choose to receive either mailed paper statements or eStatements.  You may request an additional printout of your statement by calling or visiting any of our offices.  The fee is $1 per statement print.

  • Are VISA statements available electronically?
    No, VISA eStatements are not currently available. 

  • Can I access eStatements for accounts in which I am a joint owner?
    Yes, you are able to enroll in eStatements for the accounts in which you are joint owner. A drop-down shows you all accounts for which you are eligible to enroll in eStatements. Be advised that when you enroll in eStatement for another account, you are stopping the mailed statements for that Primary owner.

  • What kind of software is needed to access eStatements?
    You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0 or higher to enroll in and view your eStatements. To download a free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader, go to

  • What if I no longer want to receive my statement electronically? How do I stop receiving eStatements?
    To cancel eStatements, write to or visit any of our offices and ask to switch back to print statements.
