With the Visa Platinum Rewards Credit Card, earn points every time you use your card!
- Earn 2 points for each dollar spent on travel, restaurant, and gas station purchases
- Earn 1 point per dollar on all other purchases
- Points may be redeemed toward gift cards, travel redemptions, an online merchandise mall, statement credit, or a cash deposit to your CSE savings or checking account

- When do I receive my earned points?
- Points are credited to your points balance the end of each statement cycle.
- How can I check how many points I have?
- Register or log in to the CURewards website.
- Call 800-637-7728.
- Log in to CSe-Banking or the Credit Card app (see the Online/Mobile Access tab for more details). In the online credit card portal, your points will be displayed on the Account Summary page. In the Credit Card app, your points are accessible at log in on the Account Summary page. Click on the "view points" link on the card image.
- How do I redeem my points?
- Log in to the CURewards website. Click on the "Redeem" tab. You will have the option to redeem your points towards merchandise, travel, direct deposit to your CSE savings or checking account, or as a statement credit.
- Do my points expire?
- Yes, points expire within 4 calendar years. For example, any points earned in 2024 will expire after December 31, 2027.
- Who do I contact if I have additional questions about my rewards?
- You may call 800-637-7728. Or, you may log in to the CURewards website, click on your account at the top right corner (to open a drop-down menu), and select the "Customer Service" option.
- How do I submit a travel or accident insurance claim?
- Call 844-312-2802 (Mon-Fri 9:00 A.M.-6:00 P.M. ET). You may also leave a message outside of business hours and your call will be returned on the next business day.

Online Access & Mobile App
As a cardholder of our Visa Platinum or Student (secure) Credit Cards, you have access to our dedicated credit card services website and mobile app. In addition to 24-hour support, you have the ability to:
- View your credit card balance and transaction history
- Block your lost or stolen credit card
- Request a replacement credit card
- Add a travel alert
- Set alerts & controls i.e. receive notifications for specific merchant or transaction types and set spending limits
- Access your credit card eStatements (online only, not available thru the mobile app)

To access the online Visa portal:
Log into your CSe-Banking account, and under Accounts scroll to the Credit Card with the last four digits of your new card. Follow the prompts to enroll in the online site.
*Note: Payment information in the Visa online site and in the app may not reflect the most recent activity. If recent payments are not reflected, check back the next day.
We offer several options to make payments to your Visa Credit Card:
- At a Branch: Call or visit any of our 7 locations to request a transfer of funds from your CSE savings or checking account. Payments may not be reflected on your Visa account until the next business day.
- CSe-Banking or myCSE app: Make an online transfer from your CSE savings or checking account. Payments may not be reflected on your Visa account until the next business day.
- Credit Card online portal: Click on your Visa account within CSe-Banking to access the separate Credit Card portal. Select the Make Payment icon to set up a payment from your external bank account number and routing number. You have the option to set up one-time or recurring payments. Please note it takes 5 days to add or edit your payment source.
- CSE Credit Card app: Select the Make Payment icon to set up a payment from your external bank account number and routing number. You have the option to set up a one-time payment. Please note it takes 5 days to add or edit your payment source.
- Autopay from your CSE account: Complete a Visa Credit Card Automatic Payment Form and submit it by mail or in person to any of our 7 locations. For this method, please note it may take one full statement cycle for your new or changed autopay option to take effect.
- Telephone Teller: Call our 24/7 automated Telephone Teller service at (860)249-0197 (or 1-800-458-1319 outside of the local area) to transfer funds from your CSE account. You will need to know your 3-digit Credit Card loan number. To obtain your 3-digit Credit Card loan number, contact any of our 7 locations. Payments may not be reflected on your Visa account until the next business day.
- By Mail: Send your personal check or online Bill Pay check to Credit Card Department, PO Box 37603, Philadelphia, PA 19101-0603. Include the payment slip you received with your statement. Make the check payable to Credit Card Department and include the last 4 digits of your card number on the check.
