Update on Lobbies

We thank you for your patience and understanding during this difficult time.  We appreciate how many members have taken advantage of all of our self-service options to conduct their banking.  As we continue to service you over the phone, through the mail and through the Hartford drive-thru, we’re working behind the scenes to prepare the credit union to partially reopen in the future.  We’re installing sneeze guards, partitions, and social distancing floor markers in all lobbies.  We’re also in the process of acquiring hand sanitizer and disinfectant to ensure we can keep our employees and members safe.

Due to many required supplies being on backorder, we aren’t quite ready to reopen this week.  When we do reopen, we’ll be limiting the number of members allowed in the lobbies at one time.  We’ll also require the following:

  • All members and employees wear masks in the credit union.
  • All members and employees practice social distancing.
  • Teller transactions will be limited to cash transactions only.  Drop-boxes should be used for all other transactions.
  • All members should bring their own pens.

As soon as we know the date we can reopen, we will post it on our website and through an E-Alert.  Different branches may reopen on different dates.

Until then, we thank you for your continued patience.  If you haven’t already done so, we encourage you to sign up for our VISA Debit card, online banking, mobile banking and our other self-service products so that you can continue to bank in a safe manner.  Our Hartford drive-thru will also remain open from 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. until further notice.
