Debit Cards: Cash App Error

We are aware of an issue with Cash App transactions on our Visa Debit Cards. Although the transaction is completed, a hold remains on the checking account for that dollar amount affecting the available balance in the checking account. This is a known issue on Cash App's end affecting multiple financial institutions. Unfortunately, you must wait for Cash App to release the hold that was placed by Cash App when you authorized the transaction on your Debit Card. Or, you may try to contact Cash App Support for further assistance.

Our Debit Card processor has confirmed that Cash App is aware of the issue and must make a correction to their debit processing system in order to resolve the error. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
